ETS Ministry Impact Individuals

Christian ministry is not about comparison, popularity, or recognition. It is not a race to be seen or praised by people. Ministry is a sacred calling-an opportunity God gives to serve Him and bless others according to His purpose.

Every servant of God has a different assignment. Some plant, some water, but God gives the increase. When we compete, we divide the body of Christ; when we serve humbly, we glorify Him. What matters is faithfullness, not fame.

"One of the greatest impacts in my life has been the theology and message of End Time Swallows. Although I studied theology at PAU, my spiritual walk, preaching, and ministry have been deeply shaped by the teachings and values of this ministry. It molded my character, strengthened my faith, and helped me see the world through the standard of Christ and the Scriptures."

"The ministry has touched my life in a way that has brought great blessings to me, my family, my church and those whom I interact with and has nurtured me through these years. I started to see Jesus in a new way and my walk with Jesus deepened and the things of this world started to lose their interest & power over me."

Before joining the ministry, I had no interest in going to church. I would do anything I wanted to satisfy my flesh, and I carried this attitude with me to the University. I was a science student, so I believed everything that I learned in school about science. I spent hours watching science documentaries, reading books, online news, magazines or articles, trying to stay updated with the latest science discoveries. This changed when I met a Swallows member attending the same university. I always loved discussing science in my free time, and when we discussed, he will always find a way to relate what we discussed to the scriptures and even quoting bible texts without reading from the bible and explaining them clearly. Most of what he explained made sense to me, especially when we talked about science topics.

Minister Dickson Iram's 1st EOYM at Situm, Morobe Province in 2010

Growing up as a young boy in the village, I never really knew what the future held for me. I was a shy person, not confident to speak in public. I preferred to keep quiet, speaking mostly in my own vernacular and sometimes in English, but never boldly. Standing in front of people was something I avoided.

Everything began to change in 2010 when I joined the End Time Swallows Ministry while I was in Grade 6. At that time, my only role in the ministry was singing. I joined the boys in the singing ministry, and singing was the only thing I felt comfortable doing. Apart from that, I could not stand in front, speak, or lead. I was afraid and ashamed.

However, as time went on, the ministry began to shape my life in ways I never imagined. Through End Time Swallows, I slowly gained confidence. I started to lead out in Sabbath School, Bible studies, welcome, prayers, and other spiritual activities. We traveled from one church to another, leading out in programs and sharing the gospel. That experience deeply influenced my life and ignited a strong passion within me to continue in ministry.

Eventually, this passion led me to Pacific Adventist University (PAU), where I studied theology. Even while studying, I never left the ministry. The End Time Swallows Ministry brothers became more than just fellow brothers in Christ, they became my true family. We journeyed together, supported one another, and grew spiritually side by side.

After completing my studies, I was sent to Aroma, where I served as a church pastor for three years, from 2022 – 2024. Every year, we conducted end-of-year ministries, and traditionally, senior brothers or elders would lead the evangelistic meetings. I never imagined that one day I would be called to serve as the guest speaker.

In 2025, I received a call from our Head Embassy President. He told me that there were no available elders or senior brothers and that I was needed to lead the evangelistic meetings. This was a great challenge for me. I prayed earnestly and said, “Lord, if this is Your will, and if You brought me into this ministry for such a purpose, then I am willing.”

With prayer and preparation, I accepted the challenge. I traveled to Jiwaka Province, Ulya District, and by God’s grace, I successfully completed two weeks of evangelistic meetings. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. After 15 years in the ministry, this was my first time to conduct an end-of-year evangelistic meeting as part of End Time Swallows Ministry. It was both exciting and a huge responsibility to stand and share the gospel of Jesus Christ, under the theme ” The Revelation of Jesus Christ”.I thank the Lord for using me powerfully and may his name will be lifted up higher..

One of the greatest impacts in my life has been the theology and message of End Time Swallows. Although I studied theology at PAU, my spiritual walk, preaching, and ministry have been deeply shaped by the teachings and values of this ministry. It molded my character, strengthened my faith, and helped me see the world through the standard of Christ and the Scriptures.

Through challenges and difficulties, the teachings and discipline I learned in the ministry have helped me remain strong and faithful. I am truly thankful for what this ministry has done in my life. I am blessed to be part of it, and I am willing to serve in whatever responsibility and opportunity God places before me in the future.

Currently, I am serving as the Town Pastor for Sogeri Town Church, while also providing chaplaincy services to Adventist students at Sogeri National School of Excellence and Iorawari Technical Secondary School in Central Province, under the Central Papua Conference.

I was born into a faithful Adventist church going family but tragedy hit when my parents separated when I was 7 years old. I went under the care of my dad and as a result of the divorce, he made alcohol his best friend over the years till his death.

While growing up, my relationship with Jesus was not consistent. I had the fear of the Lord but my life was not completely given to Jesus. The turning point was in 1994, while doing my eighth grade in the Highlands, where my dad had to flee from the Highlands due to a series of debts he incurred because of his alcohol habit. He left me behind in the Highlands. As someone from the coastal region of PNG, I had only one relative to turn to.  The relative would always complain about extra mouths to feed over every mealtime, announcing to everyone in the house to finish all the meal and not to leave behind any leftovers. At that time, I would feel bad and guilty that I was the extra mouth, so one day I left my only blood relative to return to my boarding school, though my boarding school was still closed due to a regional fight in the school.

It was during those moments in my life that I started giving my life to Jesus as I had no hope. It was during one of those starry nights at school, while all my school mates were studying in the classrooms, I was out in the field with tears in my eyes I looked up to the millions of stars in the sky and started talking to God with this words, “If there really is a God out there, I have no where and no one to turn to. I will totally depend on you, to survive in a foreign land.” I gradually began to take God seriously. I begin to have time to talk to God, attended church gatherings and kept God’s Sabbaths. While doing so, I was drawn to two boys in school by their character and manner of speech. The way they would lead out in church activities and talk about God was so different. Hearing them talk about God was like drinking fresh cold water from nature when I was very thirsty. You would want to still hear more…Slowly I started spending more time with these two boys until one day they told me that they belong to a ministry called, the End Time Swallows.

I became part of the ministry then. The three of us would sing, pray and study the scriptures together. I started to see Jesus in a new way and my walk with Jesus deepened and the things of this world started to lose their interest & power over me. I use to be very good and dedicated in basketball, where I always represented the school. I lost interest and stopped playing basketball and other sports as well such as touch rugby. I was baptized into Jesus in 1995, when I was in Grade 9. God blessed me with a loving family in the Highlands while in my Secondary School days, who were not of my faith but they loved me as their very own son. The End Time Swallows ministry then became my family over the years. I am now married and have two children, my first born girl, was given the name Faith born in 2011, to remind me of the Faith in Jesus as my salvation over the years and forever more. My Son born on 2013, we named Nathaniel reminding me and my beloved Wife Edna, that God has given me this new life, that I would not have come this far but only through His grace.

My wife Edna, who was not of my faith, but after attending one of the annual gatherings (End of Year ministry – EOY) of End Time Swallows became part of the ministry family and wanted to know Jesus, like the way I know Jesus. She eventually got rebaptized in 2016 during one of End Time Swallows EOY ministries. Today I am an Elder of the Bilia Maus Rot (BMR) SDA Church in Madang Province (PNG) for some years now and also the President of the End Time Swallows Ministry. My wife is an active member of the BMR SDA Church, serving Jesus by means of leading young minds to know and accept Jesus as their friend in life, by being a teacher for Kids from the Adventurer Club to being Junior Sabbath school teacher. The ministry has touched my life in a way that has brought great blessings to me, my family, my church and those whom I interact with and has nurtured me through these years.

Hello, I am Londe Wiya, from Mul-Baiyer District in Western Highlands Province. I am currently an active member of the End Time Swallows Ministry. I joined the ministry back in 2016 when I went to do my Science Foundation Year at the University of Papua New Guinea. By the end of this year, 2026, it will be my tenth year in the ministry. By God’s grace, I came to know a member of this ministry who also came to do his Science Foundation Year at the same institution, and he was the one who introduced me to the group. Since then, I have never left the ministry.

Following the footsteps of Jesus Christ is not easy. As Jesus Himself said in Matthew 10:34: “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.” I have encountered many challenges, and indeed, those challenges have pierced my heart many times, as a sword would. However, amidst those challenges, the Lord has opened my eyes to see who He really is. Looking back, I am grateful and praise God for His wonderful guidance in my life through the ministry.

Before joining the ministry, I had no interest in going to church. I would do anything I wanted to satisfy my flesh, and I carried this attitude with me to the University. Apart from that, I was a science student, so I believed everything that I learned in school about science. I spent hours watching science documentaries, reading books, online news, magazines or articles, trying to stay updated with the latest science discoveries. I always loved discussing science in my free time.

During my first year, I had a friend who lived in the same boy’s dormitory I was living in, but a couple of rooms away from mine. I used to visit him in my free time to have a chat. He had a roommate and his roommate was a member of the End Time Swallows Ministry, and he was the one who introduced me to the ministry. What really stood out from him and caught my attention was his understanding of the bible. Every time I visit my friend and when his roommate is in the room, we would chat for hours about any topic that interested us, and this guy would always find a way to relate what we discussed to the scriptures and even quoting bible texts without reading from the bible and explaining them clearly. Most of what he explained made sense to me, especially when we talked about science topics. One of the topics that we often discussed was the presence of aliens in the universe. I would try to convince him that there are aliens living among us and interacting with us, but he would say “the only alien who came and lived among us is Jesus Christ. There are no other strange beings or aliens from other planets roaming the earth. The only invisible forces are the spiritual beings either of the Devil or of God.” This would cause me think and do more research to find out. I didn’t know at this time that God was preparing me to join the ministry.

I formally joined the ministry straight after returning from school holidays the following year, in 2017. During my first year in the ministry, I still had many doubts about my life, I wasn’t really certain of what I wanted to become or do in the future, I was just passing time. But God was working in my life, and I never considered leaving the ministry. I remained faithful and attended the scheduled meetings.

While in the ministry, I began to realize that there were many young men in the ministry who had gone through similar experiences as mine, yet they had been faithfully following the Lord all along. It wasn’t only their commitment to the Lord that amazed me, I also noticed their commitment to singing and studying the bible. I was truly fascinated by their singing and also their understanding and interpretation of the scriptures. The more I attended the bible studies and song practices, the more I was drawn to them, and of course, to the great leader of the group, Jesus Christ. As time passed, I began to realise that this was where the Lord had called me to be, so I never regretted any decision I made to follow Jesus through the Ministry to this day.

After 9 years as an active member of the ministry, last year, in 2025, I decided to get baptized following a two-week evangelistic meeting conducted by the End Time Swallows at Ulya Community in Anglimp South Waghi District, Jiwaka Province.

Straight after my baptism, I was voted in as the Assistant Voice Person at the Head Embassy of End Time Swallows Ministry. I thank God for this wonderful opportunity given to take part in the great gospel commission through the ministry for the next two years as a ministry head.

To God be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
