Meet Swallows
Swallows are located in certain Provinces around the country and are called Embassy’s. Currently, there are 5 embassy’s.
Head Embassy or H.E is the head of the Ministry made up of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Talent Master and Voice Person. They are elected every 3years during the End of Year Ministry by the members. They deal with administration, disciplinary and overall ministry strategic plan and goal for the ministry, nurturing and building young swallows across the country.
Group Elders
Rungi Pingi
Rungi is the co-founder of the ministry of End Time Swallows (ETS). He has been with the ministry since 1993. He is currently Studying Theology at Avondale University in Australia. His wife Sharon Pingi is also part of the ministry and has been with the group since 1996. She has played a pivotal role in the development of the ministry. She is currently a senior lecturer at the University of PNG. They live in Waigani and attend UPNG church.
Steven Kual
Steven Kual is one of the pioneers and a foundational member in the area of singing and music inside the group. He has been with the ministry since 1995. He is the chief composer of the Group and composed most of the Engan Spirituals. He is also the lead soprano of the singing team. He attends Silver Memorial SDA church in NCD, PNG. He is married to Naomi and they have five children and lives in June Valley in NCD.
Darryl Raka
Darryl Raka has just been added to the Elders group and has been a longtime member of the ministry since he was in High School. He is a soloswallow himself and lives with his family in Madang Province. He is the current President of the group and has been since 2021. He works as a Counsellor with NGOs. He attends Bilia Maus Rot SDA church in Madang Province. Darryl is married to Edna and they have two children. Edna is very supportive of the ministry as she came to join the church through the ministry.

Darryl Raka
HEAD EMBASSY PRESIDENT
Elder Darryl Raka serves as the Head Embassy President of End Time Swallows (ETS). Professionally, he is the GEDSI & ESSF Coordinator with WWF, bringing valuable experience in coordination, community engagement, and development work.
He joined End Time Swallows in 1995 and has faithfully contributed to the ministry’s growth and mission over the years. Elder Raka is married and is a father of two children. He worships at Bilia Maus Rot (BMR) Seventh-day Adventist Church, located in Madang District, under the Madang Manus Mission.
Jack Yando
HEAD EMBASSY VICE PRESIDENT
Jack Yando serves as the Vice President of End Time Swallows (ETS). He is a primary school teacher by profession and an Elder at Tarangau Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he actively supports church leadership and ministry.
He is a member of the Mount Hagen Embassy, contributing his experience in education, leadership, and spiritual guidance to the ongoing mission of End Time Swallows.
Paul Andakis Pawa
TREASURER
Paul Andakis Pawa serves as the Head Embassy (HE) Treasurer for End Time Swallows for the 2023–2026 term. He joined the ETS Ministry in 1999 while attending Hagen Park High School, and has remained committed to the ministry’s mission over the years.
He is currently a third-year student studying Architecture and Construction Management at the Papua New Guinea University of Technology (Unitech), Lae. Paul is married and is a father of seven children.
NATHAN MASO
ASSISTANT TREASURER
Nathan Maso serves as the Head Embassy Treasurer of End Time Swallows (ETS). He works with Colgate as a Highlands Regional Salesman, bringing professional experience and accountability to his role in the ministry.
He is an Elder at Tarangau Seventh-day Adventist Church and remains actively involved in church leadership and evangelistic work in the Highlands region.
ADRIAN ESSAU
VOICE PERSON
Adrian Essau serves as the Head Embassy (HE) Voice Person with End Time Swallows (ETS). He works with Fincorp Finance as a Systems Administrator, contributing his technical expertise alongside his ministry role.
He joined the End Time Swallows Ministry in 2008, is a member of the Port Moresby ETS, and worships at Hohola Seventh-day Adventist Church. Adrian remains actively involved in supporting the ministry’s evangelistic and communication efforts.
LONDE WIYA
ASSISTANT VOICE PERSON
Londe Wiya serves as an Assistant Voice Person with End Time Swallows (ETS). He is currently a student at the University of Papua New Guinea, studying at the School of Medicine and Health Science, and brings a growing passion for service and ministry into the team.
He attends Rainbow Seventh-day Adventist Church in Gerehu, Port Moresby, and joined the End Time Swallows Ministry in 2017. Londe is married and remains actively involved in supporting the ministry’s evangelistic mission.
NEPTHALI TABALI
TALENT MASTER
Napthali Tabali serves as the Head Embassy (HE) Talent Master, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing music, drama, and creative talent within the End Time Swallows Ministry.
By profession, he is a Field Engineer (Civil) working with the International Labour Organization (ILO), and currently lives and works in the Sepik region. Napthali joined the End Time Swallows Ministry in 2010 while still in primary school and has grown alongside the ministry, contributing both professionally and creatively to its mission.
GIBSON KIPUNGI
ASSISTANT TALENT MASTER
Gibson Kipungi serves as the Assistant Talent Master with End Time Swallows (ETS). He is currently a student at Divine Word University (DWU), Port Moresby Campus, and is an active member of Gordons Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He joined the End Time Swallows Ministry in 2018 and has since remained committed to serving and growing through the ministry, contributing his talents in support of ETS’s evangelistic mission.
Our Five Embassy's
An embassy is made of members who loves Jesus and desire to follow His example of loving service by using the talents, resource and gifts given to them for the ministry. Typically, each embassy gathers for fellowship or ministry activites on their own appointed meeting days each week.

Solo swallows are members of ETS who are located in provinces or countries which have no other members in but are actively involved in the church, ministry and attends End of Year Ministry
