Structure

The End Time Swallows (ETS) ministry structure comprises of the following four blocks.

ETS Structure

Group Elders

The team that refreshes the vision of the group and sets the strategic direction for the Head Embassy to follow in line with the group’s objectives as defined in the group’s constitution and within the SDA church’s guidelines.

Head Embassy (HE)

The leadership team that is responsible for achieving the visions and goals of the entire group and ensures the operation of swallows in respective teams (embassies) is in line with group objectives. The HE is not defined to a particular location.

Embassy

The main operational and ministry arm of the group. This is defined to a particular regional area and does the ministry of the group as defined in its objectives.

Solo Swallows

Individual members who are scattered and located further from an embassy but remain concerned and connected to the ministry and feed from the group.

Families

This block comprises wives, daughters, children and friends who take part within embassies as part of the ministry.
