EOYM 2025
Ulya Community in the Anglimp-South Waghi District in Jiwaka Province
Last year 2025, End Time Swallows Ministry conducted its End of Year Ministry (EOYM) at Ulya Community in the Anglimp-South Waghi District in Jiwaka Province. There were many highlights that transpired during the two weeks of meeting.
The first highlight was the sermon preached by our guest speaker Minister Dickson Iram. It was an amazing experience to hear him speaking and revealing Jesus Christ powerfully each night, which was the theme of the two weeks’ messages, that is, the “Revelation of Jesus Christ”. Minister Dickson Iram is a testimony of the ministry’s influence in the lives of young boys to follow Jesus.
Through his powerful messages each night, God touched the lives of many people in the community, and the village counsellor admitted on the final night of meeting that God has visited Ulya Community and spoken to the people to change. The meeting concluded with seven people making public declarations to follow Jesus through baptism. From the seven, two Port Moresby Embassy members, Londe Wiya and Jessy Boy Alex made their public declaration to follow Jesus.
Apart from the nightly meetings, End Time Swallows (ETS) had the privilege to visit and see firsthand a huge farming land that was donated some years back by Elder James Hua, an active member of the Adventist community and a supporter of the ministry. The team also worked on the farm to clear the area of weeds.
For the past three years, Hagen End Time Swallows, under the leadership of the Head Embassy, had taken the lead in taking care of the farm by working closely with previous farmers engaged to grow cash crops to sell and raise money for the ministry. However, this work did not turn out well and eventually came to a halt.
We scheduled a time and went to clear the farm site of weeds. The church community helped us with tools. It was a wonderful experience to see the entire team spend half the day clearing the weeds to prepare the site for the next farming activities. The ministry is looking at planting different cash crops in the future. In the meantime, a relative of an active member of ETS has been arranged to go and reside there and take care of the land and also to farm it. The ministry has also organized to meet his needs as he settles down with his family for an indefinite period. Through the arrangement, we are looking at raising funds for the ministry into the future. It is a massive project that ETS has undertaken, and we look forward to see God’s leading in this project in the years to come.
