End Of Year Ministry (EOYM) 1999

ETS final visit to Yalum in Enga Province. To date, Yalum has grown into a large main church with 4 branch churches and laymen in all. Yalum now has constant pastoral visits and a permanent missionary. Additionally, the Yalum church choir, started, motivated and groomed by ETS has become the best choir group in the Laigaip/ Porgera district of the Western Highlands Mission of the SDA church. Other choir/ youth groups were also stirred into formation by the style and singing of ETS.

The Yalum ministry is a significant one—ETS’s work is known even in remote areas far beyond Yalum.
